pleased today to have Chris Ziegler dendy with us. Chris is an expert on

80D at school. She's probably one of the leading writers and

thinkers on this topic. She's been an educator, a school psychologist and

mental health professional for over 40 years and is the author of a number of books that I one of which I want to underline to you which is called teaching teams with 80D 80HD and executive function deficits. Chris points out that that book although

it's named teaching teens does have very practical tips for kids as young as

My husband is also sitting in today.

The title of our session is How to Overcome ADHD and Executive Function Deficits, and I think a better word might be how to learn to cope and compensate for those challenges.

I'm going to just lay a brief foundation for you.

ADHD, ADHD, ADHD are very complex, can be very complex for many children.

And if your child is struggling in school, then chances are you are,

the challenges are complex.

DVDs and I'll talk about more of those later and of course I'll be speaking five or six times between now and the end of the year
