Hello podcast listeners. This is another episode of Nobody Asked Us with Des and Cara Desland

0:17.5

in here and I'm joined by my co-host Cara Goucher. How's it going Cara? Good Des. How are

0:22.6

you? Great intro per use. Thank you. I read my note card so I felt pretty good about

0:29.0

it. What's new? I feel like we should do a brief catching up before I tell you what theme

0:35.6

for the week is. What's new? I don't know. I just I can't imagine. I am in bookland and that's

0:43.4

what I was about to say. I can't imagine where you are because I feel very stressed not in a bad

0:48.0

0:53.1

that but you're also training for marathon. So I don't know how you're doing all of that. How

1:29.5

travel will be tough but it's all pretty pretty close. So we're pretty strategic about it.

1:36.6

Cool. I feel like you bothered that question. I was like what's going on with you? What is going on

1:42.2

with me? I saw a new neurological PT this week that I'm really excited about and yeah basically

1:53.4

it was good. So with this dystonia it's like your brain wires get crossed. So I do a lot of

1:59.0

strength training and stuff but unless you you know her theory is unless you attack the brain and do

2:05.4

these like simple exercises that seem crazy like an app where it shows you a left foot and then

2:10.1

a right foot and you have to say if it's left or right really quickly. She feels like I could help

2:16.0

rewire my brain a little bit. So I don't know I've only been once and I've only been doing my

2:19.5

exercises for a day but I'm excited about where it might take me. Yeah and I have a really
