October 20th. Palestinian officials say more than 4,000 people have been

killed in Gaza since October 7th, and aid groups say conditions there

are worsening by the hour. A 20- Truck humanitarian convoy was expected to cross into Gaza from

Egypt today, but that shipment has been delayed,

and US officials say the earliest it will arrive is tomorrow.

Part of the delay is being caused by the conditions of the roads at the raftver Crossing, and work is being done to make them possible.

The UN is warning that hospitals are on the brink of collapse because of shortages of power,

medicine, equipment and staff. A spokesperson for Israel's military says it stands by its

commitment to allow aid into the region. As long as it doesn't get into the hands of Hamas,
