The Trump legal team is facing Judge Tanya Chutkin today.

And the Trump team is trying to argue

with Judge Chutkin that the appointment of Jack Smith is not legitimate doesn't seem to be going too

well.

CNN is obsessed with that case today and over at Fox they're monitoring the Hunter

Biden tax trial, which begins jury selection today.

And I was asking the question earlier, is Hunter-Biden going to be forced to sit through jury selection the same way Donald Trump was?

Apparently he is.

So that's a good thing. That is equal treatment.

I think that's a good thing. But Hunter Biden could face 17 years in prison. He's charged with three felonies and six misdemeanors.

We know that's not going to happen. Let's be honest, not happening. Hunter didn't

pay taxes on 1.4 million dollars tax fraud case and so he's in trial or jury selection at his

trial. Well we'll monitor it. I expect nothing out of that.

It's going to be months, which means his dad will probably pardon him.
