1:28.1	Yeah, so that this has I guess been inspected now for a couple of weeks since Russia announced they were holding the
1:34.1	referendums. I don't think anybody really anticipated that Russia would hold a
1:38.5	referendum and the vote would turn out being no in any of these regions.
