Wow, so well we're the only people that thought this apparently and we're about to get

ready to get back to the live testimony that with the break just getting over.

Maggie Haberman of the New York Times says,

question Ford was a good strategy is saying they think it was a mistake after first portion

of the hearing. It's very clearly a mistake. Yeah.

Misreading what this is. It's not a courtroom. It's a TV show. It's all about public opinion.

And also the format isn't doing the prosecutor any help either because they're in five second

chunks that alternate back five minute chunks that alternate back and forth between party. So her long

form building up to a point gets constantly interrupted by the other side and putting in their

opinion by the person that works on a five minute editorial. So let's get back to it.

look if we have a system where anybody can come forward and make an accusation, she's not going

to say stuff like that. And that's what needs to be said, right? Or make a case about teenage

stupidity that is in contrast to the entire adult life of someone. Whether I mean, that's it's a

political point huge misplay by the Republicans. They might be doomed today. We'll see if it turns.
