Stories. So you're up. You're not a Presbyterian like the... Yeah. Dumbed. You're a pescatarian. Yeah, that's what it would... I eat too much chicken. That'd be my problem because I do love seafood the best. I guess you can. I can avoid red meat if I want to. Eat too much chicken. And I eat a lot of chicken. Yeah. But chicken, you can't eat. If you're pescatarian, you can't eat chicken either. How long have you been a pescatarian? A couple years. Like, I stopped eating. Red meat. Dairy and meat. Basically did vegan first, started in 2020 for a couple years. and then... And that was nothing. Yeah. Okay. And then... What did you eat?

Pasta out of pasta yeah but not like wheat pasta i do red lentil pasta because it's a

complex carb got the protein and the carbs kind of fish uh salmon now it's fish yeah salmon yeah yeah
