We are joined right now by Steve Y. Steve. It is great to have you back. How you doing, Steve?

Jim, I'm great. How's everything, man? Fun weekend. Fun week three, right?

Wow, crazy. I mean, a crazy week three. The league right now, in fact, Steve, why don't we just take a step back?

How upside down and unpredictable stomped, right? Like the Carolina Panthers, they come out and win. And so, you know, week three and week four kind of when you start to see the identities of certain football teams. And Jim, I think today some teams are happy about that. And there are some teams that are probably like, ah, if this is us,

we have some issues. Steve White's joining us, no doubt, right? So what about the Panthers

going into Vegas and doing the Raiders they did? Steve afterwards, as you know, Antonio Pierce

said, you know what? We had some guys who made some business decisions. Somebody called me up a few

minutes ago and said, hey, Rome, explain that to me. I said, I can explain that to you by saying what he said was some guys quit. And as you know, the worst thing you could ever say about

any athlete is that they quit. But effectively, he kind of said that, right? How shocked were you

to see Andy Dalton and the Panthers go in there and do that? And where does that leave the Raiders? Yeah, let's get to the Andy Dalton part first. I mean, I was really surprised by this because

Carolina, from what we had seen, was just not a good football team. You know, we could say

all we wanted about Bryce Young, but they just look like a bad club. And then they go in there

and they look great. I mean, they look like a very functional and capable football team against the Raiders.

And they took the Raiders apart on both sides of the ball.

So, you know, that tells you, okay, maybe Bryce Young was more of the cause than the effect.

And maybe the other 52 guys were who the organization was thinking of when they decided to bench Bryce Young,

saying if we're going to change a culture here, we have got to coach up everybody and not dedicated to one guy who's not playing well.
