So there is a book out. Marshall brought this to me from the Wall Street Journal and I have

started reading the book. John Cogan, who is 70 years old and he's a Stanford guy who

her institution has written a 400 page account about the federal entire tie entitled.

Why don't you just say handouts? It's a 400 page account of how the federal entitlement

programs evolved across two centuries and the common forces that have been at work causing their
