Here's one where I think there's no case.

Two Capitol police officers are suing former President Trump for physical and emotional injuries suffered in the January 6th riot.

And what they're alleging is that Trump rallied the insurrectionists, he did,

with baseless election fraud claims, he did, that eventually culminated in the breach of the

capital that left five dead, including a Capitol police officer.

That's what happened.

But let's move forward with the lawsuit and the language.

The insurrectionist mob, which Trump had inflamed,

encouraged and cited, directed, aided, and abetted,

forced its way over and passed the plaintiffs and their fellow officers pursuing them

and attacking them inside the Capitol causing injuries. Well, here's the problem, and that's across

the board. The president never said to storm the Capitol. Never. He said, go show them that you can

save America or you can keep America, whatever he was saying at that time.

And as a matter of fact, during the course of what was happening during while the insurrectionists

were there, the seditionists, he did say, go home, be peaceful.

And then he said, I love you, you're wonderful people.

I mean, whatever other, you know, ridiculous stuff that he said.
