What do you want people to get from the new book? Yeah, that's a basic question as there is.

I want to remind people that the discoveries we've made in our attempt to ascend from Earth,

involve a lot of fits and starts. Often if you beat a book on how we've come to where we are,

how we come to know what we know about the universe, that the storytelling and the accounts

that you get the hits and not the misses. And you lose track of the fact that there's a human spirit

that persists. And it's been active ever since we stood flatfooted and looked up at the moon

and asked, how would you ever get there? Now think about it. If it was the year 1700 and you had
