For years we've been hearing about people putting weed or some sort of drugs in tennis balls and throwing them over

the fence at a prison or a correctional facility.

Well, you knew drones were going to start happening.

This is in South Carolina, Columbia, South Carolina.

That Kerrshaw correctional institution, a drone crashed in the yard with weed in it.

They said drugs, didn't say paraphernalia, but these guys, so it crashed.

And then they saw a car nearby, which was apparently an area where people fly drones a lot.

And they found the dudes.

Yeah.

They're very young guys.

21 and 19, boat charged a possession of marijuana and intent to distribute. Were they doing it just for fun or do they have a guy on the inside? Well, they're providing contrabanded prisoners, so they do guys in there. And criminal conspiracy. So, yes, they were trying to get this to guys on the inside and the drone just fell out of the sky. Those drones are noisy. I don't know how you can get away with that for an extended period. Well, and I would have thought, like, the airport has like a force field. I would have thought a prison would too. I don't think it's a force field. But like you can't go. You know what I mean? It blocks your signal. I don't know. You're right.

I mean, a helicopter from landing. Who knows? But this is a common story. We've seen these stories before where the guys are flying drones over the wall of the prison and dropping drugs. Yeah, these guys wrecked it, though. They usually get caught. You know why they wrecked it? Because they were high. Probably. Even tiny drones sound like a big, big swarm of insects. They're noticeable. Even when they're a couple hundred feet up in the air, you'll say, what's that sound? They're probably getting more silent now. Who knows? Kids need to go back to the basics.
