This is a re-release of the September 11th episode I did a good while back.

My plan is to release this each year so I can try to play my tiny part in hoping that this is something that has never forgotten.

I just got off work a little before 11 p.m. the normal time. A few of us would

tend to stand around in the parking lot chatting for a few when we were done with work.

It took time to wind down after shift in the roughly 45-minute drive home, so it was not

odd for me to still be up at 2 or 3 a.m. on most nights.

I was woke up, which was early for me the next morning, from a phone call.

It was my granddad.
