I woke up feeling fresher and more rested than ever before, thanks to the handy smart

wake feature which is essentially a silent alarm that wakes you up close to your preferred wake

up time, but during your lightest day just sleep, how clever is that?

Now I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but honestly waking up and actually feeling ready to take

on the day rather than feeling like a bag of nerves due to lack of sleep, it honestly was a huge

I feel so good to be back. It was a long time. Two weeks is a long time. It was a long time.

I mean I really enjoyed my vacation. We'll talk about that at the end of the show, but

it is nice to be back working together because our guest hosts were fantastic, but I missed you.

I missed you too. I felt a little bit more wound up. You've talked before about how having

these conversations scheduled for us is like therapy. I definitely saw that because I found myself

reacting a little bit more intensely or something to the news, especially last week.
