Those Chinese democracy recordings were basically Axel and a bunch of hired people.

Nobody from the band was still with him at that point. So he was crazy and did all this stuff by himself and that's why you say they were trying to put it out.

It took him 10 plus years with multiple guitar players and and it did end up getting put out but I wonder if they now used

Duff and Slash to re-record it so that it would feel a little more

ginar I'm gonna say they are alluding to slash and duff being on this.
