Honestly, I'm just tired today.

So it is a relief to welcome Val Warner to the podcast.

She's been a praying friend for a few years.

I don't even know how long. but I know she's the kind of person

that I can send a message on Boxer and say, SOS, what do you pray? And I know that she's got my back.

In fact, before we hit record here, she said, can I pray for you? As I'd shared just some tough

things happening this week. And so we started in prayer before

even starting this conversation. And that really is the heart of Val. Val is the founder

of Val Marie Paper. Amazing product line of prayer journals and other helps to your spiritual life as well.

I've used the prayer journal for probably going on

four or five years. And in fact, I'm teaching my girls how to set up their own prayer journals

using this same format. So, um, Val, welcome to the podcast. Thank you for being here. And thank you for

your, just your ministry to people around the world as you encourage us to develop lives of prayer.
