President Trump reacting after Hamas appears to agree to some of the points of the peace deal, a police plan for Gaza.

The message posted to the president's social media after Hamas said it would give up power in Gaza and release

all remaining hostages taken on October 7, 2023. A second appeals court as ruled President Trump's

attempt to end birthright citizenship is unconstitutional. The three-judge panel in Boston

unanimously decided the president's order violates the 14th Amendment, granting citizenship to anyone born in the U.S.

The ruling upholds an injunction won by Democratic-led states and immigrant rights advocates that stopped

the order from taking effect while the appeals process plays out. The administrations ask the Supreme Court to review the case.

Fox is Carmen Roberts. Sean Diddy Combe sentenced to four years in prison on prostitution-related

charges. Multiple defense attorneys pleaded for leniency asking for a sentence that would have

let Diddy walk soon on time served. They pointed to Diddy's tough childhood, his addiction to painkillers after

surgery, and his influence in music and culture. But prosecutors doubled down and asked the judge

for a stiff sentence of 11 years. They pointed to trial evidence and witness testimony,

calling this a case about a man who did horrible things for his own gratification.

With time served, he could face about three years in prison.

He's also ordered to pay a half million dollars fine.

About 200 members of the Oregon National Guard activated to support federal personnel in the greater Portland area.

After failing this morning, the Senate will try again Monday to pass a short-term spending bill
