calling for changes to the Supreme Court, including a code of conduct.

The court is not self-policing. The court is not dealing with the obvious conflicts of interest. We need a

mandatory code of ethics for the Supreme Court and we need it now.

The proposal coming after it was revealed that Justice Clarence Thomas accepted it with presidential appointments every two years.

He also wants a constitutional amendment that would ensure

former presidents will not have immunity for criminal acts committed while in office.

Former President Trump says the plan to reform the Supreme Court will not happen if he's elected.

It's going nowhere they need 75% and it's going nowhere.

He can't get it. He knows that too.

Trump on Fox is the Ingram angle on the attempt on his life.

The former president said he will be interviewed by the FBI on Thursday.

And the FBI says Thomas Matthew Crooks, the would-be assassin, had a detailed plan.

The FBI says that Crooks, who they describe as a loner, is very intelligent.

They also say over the past year or so he used aliases to purchase firearm supplies and materials to build explosive devices.

We're also learning crooks registered for the rally three days after it was announced

and then searched how far Oswald was from JFK that same day.

They also say he surveilled the site in practice at a gun range using the same AR-15 style

rifle.

But on the day of the shooting, Crooks first visited Butler, bought

ammo and then went back home.

He then returned to the rally site and flew his drone.
