Mondays and Wednesdays we talk apologetics and theology but on Friday we talk about whatever I want to talk about and today I want to talk about Disney's latest boneheaded move to try to revamp their parks but all they do is they just make things worse. I mean I am

amazed there are people who are paid probably high six figure salaries, seven

figure salaries, I don't know if the seven or eight figure people are really that involved in these decisions

but certainly there are people with high six figure salaries who are the ones on the ground

planning and doing this kind of stuff and they come up with these just absolutely terrible ideas.

So that's what I want to talk about here today.

And well, what I want to talk about is Splash Mountain.

That was one of my favorite rides at Disneyland as a kid. So the Splashman, I think it opened in Disneyland at 1989.

I had never been to Walt Disney World, by the way.

It's on the bucket list to do.

But I had been to Disneyland many times in my life.

My parents, we grew up in San Diego, California,

grew up in a small town north of San Diego along the coast.

And I lived there till I was about 10 years old.

So my parents, useless to take,

used to take us to Disneyland all the time back when it's probably like I know 20 bucks to get in

I remember when they took us to Disneyland actually the parking lot went all the way up to the front gate so So you just went and you parked and you just walked right over to the front gate and you went into

went into Disneyland. I remember us in the our Dodge caravan pulling up there at the paneling on the side, and we had the bench seat in the

middle that we would all sit on, and we would go, and so we would go around the park, and I

remember I probably went on Splash Mountain when I was I don't know seven years old and it's a log flume ride and it's known for having a really big drop out front that you see it's got it's a 52 foot drop and man oh man was I

scared to go on that thing. I'm like I can do it I can do this my parents like you can do
