So we got some news today.

First up we're gonna do some news outside of the game.

And this has to do with the hashtag free fortnight stuff

that we got going on.

So basically, just to get to the basic details of what

happened today, a judge going over the legal proceedings decided that Epic will not be allowed to push forward

their Fort Knight Chapter 2 season 4 update to Apple. This was part of the legal proceedings

is that they were trying to make it so that Apple would be forced to let them

continue to update the game so that the users can get it. But basically the judge said, no, that's not going to happen.

You guys already knowingly and willfully broke the terms of service so

Apple gets to remove it because it wasn't like it was something you did on

accident you purposely did it and you knew that it was wrong so they get to remove it if you're not

going to change it back and you know follow the terms of service so that's where we're at with that another thing that happened

Thankfully the judge ruled this way but what happened was or what another thing that we were worried about was

other developers being affected by this because Apple was also going to block the Unreal Engine from being used on the Apple store and this

would affect any other developer who uses the

Unreal Engine which Epic makes to you know update their their apps on the on the Apple store

Luckily the judge said hey, you know what Apple? That's too far. You can't do that. You can't not let other companies use the product that

EPIC makes because you're in a legal battle with them so at least the judge

ruled that way.
