Now I was on the run the other day with a good friend of mine,

and we were having a conversation on a run talking about

what is it that the most successful people in the world do

and how do they do it? And it came down to a simple thing,

dreaming and doing. Dream and do.

The greatest achievers in life have huge dreams and they make them happen

by taking massive action. Now why does some people

achieve their dreams and others live an average life?

Paulo Cuello said there is only one thing that makes a dream

impossible to achieve the fear of failure.

Yes, most people are afraid to fail. Why? Because they are afraid of looking bad.

I'm not being accepted or being judged and made fun of.

Well, I've got a secret for you. People are going to criticize you no matter what you do,

so you might as well go for your dreams anyways.

You think the most successful athletes, celebrities, authors,

presidents and CEOs of companies have a 100% success rate of having zero critics?

Heck no, they are the most criticized people in the world,

constantly talked about and judged and ridiculed.
