People feel guilty charging 6% or 7% or 10% or whatever the number is in your community.

I've charged 20% before and guess what that guy gave me the biggest smile at the closing

table that you'd ever seen. So was it about the percentage? Nope. It was about the

value. So the big... you.

So the big question is this, how do most agents who don't have access to the secrets that most

successful agents hoardare to themselves grow and prosper in today's competitive real estate
