Summary

20-year-old Robb Kline began chatting with a decoy posing as a thirteen-year-old girl. Robb asked the decoy several explicit questions, including if has given oral sex or if she masturbated. He confessed to the deocy that he had actually met a real thirteen-year-old girl who expressed interest in having sex with him. When he got to the sting house and was confronted by Chris Hansen, he made the most ridiculous excuse.
