0:59.6	life who's helped me and who is smart and kind and thoughtful and funny and please meet
1:05.2	my friend, whomever or my expert whomever, which is so beautiful to me. I freaking love
1:11.1	it when people go out on a limb to like, hook up their friend. Or the second thing that
1:17.2	happened was that people would be like, okay, hi, this is really scary for me, but me. You
1:23.4	should talk to me. I'm really smart and good at what I do and you all should talk to me.
1:28.6	We have a treasure trove now of people who are doing amazing, beautiful work in their families

1:40.9	podcast lives. Repeatedly, a lot of people asked us to do an episode on the Anyagram. And
1:51.4	a lot of those people asked us to talk to Anyagram Ashton. Okay. So first of all, I want
2:01.8	to say a couple things. One, we don't really understand the freaking Anyagram. So we've had
2:06.7	very little experience with this, but we did do our research, some research before this.
