Can we talk about something else?

Die Song.

It's a strange concept.

I've been thinking about it for weeks, working on this episode,

and the idea that the things that rumble through our minds,

the tunes that come into our heads, the vibes,

the undertone of all of our thoughts,

you know, they can have a positive or a negative vibe to them.

And we all constantly sing songs,

again, positive or negative.

Though sometimes it feels like these songs,

these rhythms, these ways of thinking, attack us,

or envelop us, assist us,

address to the negative or the positive.

This episode is going to be called Die Songs.

And when I was talking to my son the other day,

our 11-year-old, I have four-year-old as well, Charlie,

and you know, there's Jack.

All the songs I sing in my mind when I'm with Charlie are positive.

They're not Die Songs.

But as Jack, it's older, there are these songs,
