1:04.2	I remember watching the, have you seen the Margaret Thatcher documentary or BBC 4,
1:08.4	where she goes and gets elocution lessons and the power suits.
1:13.5	And so Spinner has been around for a long, long time.
1:16.5	And actually there's a good argument that one of the best ever at here, if you can say best,
1:21.5	well maybe the most noted person to use Spin was Joseph Stalin.
1:26.5	And famously, was cracking on with Photoshop long before it was
1:31.3	invented. Stalin famously would eradicate people he had fallen out with from the historical record.
