We're in a ton of natural light, which makes me so happy. I was listening to a podcast this morning that was talking about how it's actually really important to get direct sunlight in your eyes not to directly look at the sun. Why? Don't come for me on that one. But like to get outside and not wear sunglasses. Oh, okay. So this morning I went and ran a mile, which I don't run a mile every morning. So so don't be too impressed. Normally, I walk it. But this morning, I was like, I'm going to run. And honestly, I feel so good having the morning light, like, hit my face and my eyes, that vitamin D. Yeah.
