Hey, Doug. Starting with the story that has a lot of cruisers talking, Carnival Cruise Line, changing up their

loyalty program. Let me just say this program, which is being set to roll out in June of next year,

has created so much conversation and discord and backlash that I will be incredibly surprised

if they don't wind up making some major tweaks to it.

So what happens is the current Carnival, the IFP, which is very important fun person.

That program has been around for 13 years, has been incredibly successful for Carnival.

I would say it's probably

one of the most known and, you know, certainly kind of loved loyalty programs within the cruise

industry. If there's one thing people complain a lot about and they will continue to complain

about until the end of time, it's the, they don't necessarily always love the gifts that you get when you reach a new loyalty level.
