a man who served as president of Weber State University for several years in the 70s.

Mission president, Argentina, and then president of the MTC in Provo from 1983 to 1986.

And it's a heart wrenching audio recording of someone who is a victim of abuse by Joseph Bishop

and she's basically confronting him and getting him to admit to what he did to her.

And in that recording, he admits that there are other victims as well that occurred before
