He is a, we're going to review the local pumpkin patch 5K, do a big debrief on the at-reep.

No, it's, yeah, it was a, man, what a, what a weekend overall of me is, again, we had a, we had a ton of athletes doing some, doing some doing a lot of awesome running first of all big shout out to coach Jeremy sheer and good old C-26 big time OG Tommy Bonds for both snagging their belt buckles at their respective 100 mile ultra runs incredible yeah they, they were busy pretty much all weekend.

So this podcast for them, since they couldn't watch any of the coverage,

they were too busy challenging themselves.

And it was a big Chicago Marathon weekend, which I think the weather was just fantastic.

We have a beautiful day, beautiful fall day here in a wonderful weekend.

Conna this past weekend the women's race it was a I mean listen if you have a watched already on replay then that's on you there's plenty of opportunities so if like you don't want to hear about it and you're still waiting and you haven't you've been like offline then stop tuning is we're gonna talk a lot about it is a spoiler alert the alert. The spoiler alert, right? Like, you know, people get their, so are so easy to get their feelings hurt now. It was like, I was, man, I was, I was feeling myself. I was, I had to leave around two o'clock central time to head to like a triple header of hockey for hayden and i knew wasn't

able to watch the race so i didn't really see everything i was unfolding but i was looking solid

for a bit i my picks where i was like i got this in the bag i called it everybody's sleeping on

taylor nib giving her no shot And then it all came crashing down.

But man, yeah, I mean, what, I mean, there's probably not a lot to be said that hasn't

been already said for people that listen to podcasts and talk about it all.
