| 1:03.7 | gratitude is to then start to get more gratitude for self. The qualities you have, the attributes, your experiences that you've had, the good |
| 1:14.5 | ones, and all of those things that are all about you. So from external to internal. And if you |
| 1:21.1 | struggle with that one, maybe look through the eyes of someone who likes or loves you, where it be a |
| 1:26.3 | pet or where it be a sibling or a partner or a friend. |
| 1:29.7 | And that just kind of helps you that bit more. |
| 1:32.3 | And then the third step is having done those first too, is to be grateful for what is coming your way. |
