0:04.6

podcast it's your buddy Adam the PhD the previously heavy dude and this is

0:09.2

episode 88 my tips for encouraging someone else to get fit. This is a special Friday episode

0:15.2

where there's no theme song, no sponsor, just a quick actionable tip that you can take and

0:21.0

apply right away.

0:22.6

And this is a tricky topic.

0:24.9

I'm sure that some of you in the past

0:26.6

have tried to encourage a family member or a loved one

1:23.7

positive as possible. All right so we don't make it about the thing that are

1:28.6

already probably self-conscious about because it's so easy to turn this into a situation where they just

1:34.0

project all of that BS onto you and then it becomes a fight and then we're

1:38.9

never going to get them. I mean it's to be very very difficult to get him once they're projecting all this negativity onto you.
