For people that don't know who you are,

give them your take on who you are.

Right, so I'm Annie Jowd obviously. I'm IPC World Champion at the

Bench Press at the 59 kilo class. I hold the world record my PB is 195 kilo by I mean I only weigh 57 kilo so it's it's

quite it's quite a lot for somebody my weight. That is awesome.

I'm not going to try and compare myself because I would look inferior, I'm going to be honest.

I've got a question later on actually because we threw some stuff out online and sort of said

has anyone got any questions for you and it kind of a good question cropped up on bench pressing because I think it's a huge area

guy struggle with and I think if it's an area I would struggle with my bench

press that I can we're doing video and I can see you're like you're nodding with excitement almost it's like you've got some

secret to tell us oh no that the secret won't come out yet you release that in an e-book maybe for about a thousand pounds?
