good morning and welcome to the 88th episode of the simple

Sophisticate and to Valentine's Day February 14th 2016. I hope however you are spending your Valentine's Day you are with someone you love,

doing something you love, or simply living a life that you absolutely love. So we have a lot to get to today.

Not only do we have a lot of health and science studies,

but there's a lot going on in the arts and entertainment world

that I'm excited to share with you.

So let's begin in international news.

A ceasefire has tentatively been agreed to in Syria.

Earlier this week in Munich, Germany,

the United States Secretary of State John Kerry and his

Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, helped to spearhead this peace talks to end the

fighting in Syria. The cessation of hostilities, as it's being being called will begin next week and while only a pause the hope is that it will allow aid to be given to those Syrians who are in desperate need of help.
