This is Henry Lopez, and my guest today is Lynn Ilioff.

Lynn, welcome to the show.

Hey, Henry. Thanks for having me.

It's our pleasure. Lynn is a life coach, an online entrepreneur, and an internet business lawyer,

whose mission is to show business owners like us how to cover our assets online in specific without having to

spend a lot of money on legal fees. Imagine that. So we'll be chatting about that. She's the founder

of cover your assets online.com and they offer a do-it-yourself legal toolkit so that entrepreneurs

can protect not only their business assets,

but their homes, cars, and investments. We may think that this is never going to happen to us,

meaning getting sued for something that we have perhaps unknowingly done online. But as she says,

the smaller the business, the bigger the risk. So we will chat about those things and

some of those issues and tips and advice or guidance rather on those topics. Lynn used to be a

television news reporter and anchor in Toronto, Canada. She went to law school after she had her

fourth child, quite an accomplishment. And she currently lives in a New England

area with her husband and children, some of whom are off to college. I have to chat about that for a
