Yo, today's QOD is crisis is the source of creativity.

Welcome back to the QOD today show.

I'm your host, Sean Crox and the Sean Crox and dot com.

We got the late Dr. Miles Monroe back on the show today and he's talking about this is

very timely as a matter of fact.

He's talking about crisis because we are in a crisis and this talk kind of reminds me

of when Steve Harvey a few months ago was talking about our bad days and he says, you

know, you don't survive 100% of all your bad days and it's true.

We have survived 100% of our bad days and our bad days are always an opportunity for

growth.

We can come out of those bad days better than we were before and it's the same with crisis.

You know, again, we are in a crisis right now.

There's been many other crises that have come before this one and we have made it through

them all.

And so a way to look at this, he's going to talk more about this during this talk is to look at the

crisis as an opportunity.

As an opportunity to to innovate, to create, to take action on ideas as an opportunity to

do yourself as an opportunity to connect with your friends and your neighbors and your family

because what we have here, again, it's a crisis.

A lot of bad stuff going on but it's also an opportunity.

How can you use this crisis as an opportunity for you so you can come out the other side better
