So as we talked about his habits for success,

we got into his unique living situation.

He's kind of known for this as well.

He's got a large house in Los Angeles.

And he created, in essence, his personal blue zone.

That's a term made famous by Dan Butner

in regards to having a community

that fosters good health and success.

So Chandler took inquiries for roommates

based on qualifications to live at the house.

And he brought in other business owners

and areas that supported each other.

They have weekly mastermind meetings.

And together have massively increased their business

and life success.
