Staff writer Richard Sims just returned from a seven-night cruise on the MSC

Merivia.

Actually, his second time doing it in like three or four months.

Both times were in the yacht clubs.

We're here to talk about his experience and to see if two exact cruise experiences are

alike, whether it's customer service, food or what have you.

So let's just jump right into this because we've talked about this ship in detail before back in October or November.

But for this one, we'll just jump right to the ship itself.

Now, you are in the yacht club. You were in the same room. I'm curious, did you have such a good time in the yacht club the first time? And did you like that room so much that you were like, you know what? I want to do it again, but not only do it again, do it in the same room. Yeah, it's funny. Everything about it was the same.

It was the same itinerary, leaving from the same port, going supposedly.

We'll get to that in a minute, going to the same port, the same state room.

I really did. I was very skeptical about MSC before I did it back in October.

And when I was done with that trip, I loved it so much that I really was like,

okay, you know what?

I want to book another.
