DO YOUR JOB. If you want to be a leader, you must learn how to master your feelings. That is what life requires from leaders in any field. If you do not currently possess these characteristics, there are ways to acquire them. First, be honest with yourself. You need to take it one step at a time. Captain Dale Dye served in the US Marines for 22 years, he received 3 Purple Hearts for his injuries sustained while in Vietnam, and he dedicated a second career to bringing realistic depictions of war to Hollywood screens.
