This is just a message to warn you that these podcasts are recorded a couple of days before

they are put out that's due to allow us to edit and check the quality, etc.

So obviously as guidance is moving very fast at this uncertain time, some of the things

we talk about may rapidly go out of date.

I just thought I'd make that clear so no one thinks that any of the advice tips or anecdotes

we tell are in any way irresponsible and we do hope you're doing all you can to follow

the advice that the government give.

And we also hope that these podcasts are of some relief to you and we wish you all the

Hi folks, John here just a little extra disclaimer this week.

In her very unrobbing fashion, I forgot to press record on my audio recording which I use

for when we're doing these isolation tapes.

We always have a backup which is done on an iPhone voice memo note which is surprisingly

good however because over the past 12 weeks we've never had to use one.

My iPhone memo positioning has become lax that just happens because you think well I'll

never need this so I might as well put a notebook over it or put it too far away or leave

my iPhone case on.

Of course as Dave always said the one time you don't do it is the one time you need it.

So apologies for the slightly distant sound of my voice during the next 40 minutes or
