And my name is Emily Proctor. I'm hoping that my voice sounds a little bit less nasally this week.

Last week I was editing and I was like, I sound like so horrible.

There's something in the water. Like, we've been talking about it for multiple weeks now.

I know. We should shut out, probably.

Just had another COVID scare in the friend group. It's, it's never ending. Yeah, I feel like

I've been sick for like weeks straight. So it's just my new, it's my new normal.

You have been sick. I can't really shake it. Every time I feel like I'm fine, I'm not. Anyway, I don't want to talk about sickness, but how are you, Emily? I'm good. I'm feeling good.

The sun was shining today. I can't really complain. Uh, had a holiday weekend in some ways.

I still had to go to the office, but like, you know when you go to the office and it's like a, you know, of course when you go to.

Yeah, of course. Yeah. Yeah. It's like you don't actually work. So it's kind of like a fake office day. There's like the best days, you know. So it's been good. That's kind of how you talk about Fridays too. Yeah. Well, you know, happy presidents. Not as much, but. Right. I just wanted to say happy President's Day to everyone who observes.

How's your week going?

It's good.

I had family in town.

It's not been sunny here at all, so that's been horrible.

But my dad, my stepmom, and my two little siblings, my half siblings, you guys know, they were here.

They got here Friday, and then they left this morning.

And then tonight, my brothers get here and then tomorrow my mom gets here.

So I'm, like, in full hosting mode.

But it was great.
