And I hope you enjoyed the bonus episode yesterday where we threw back to mentally chill,

which I actually should have put out today because today's Thursday and it's that whole throwback Thursday thing.

But I broke the social media law and I posted something

that was a throwback, but on a Wednesday. So take that social media. I'm a rebel. So an episode

from a couple weeks ago with Seth Herzog, I was bragging and or talking, but I'll just call it bragging

about how my favorite color is gray.

And now I'm eating my words because I'm starting to feel the effects of a spring in the northeast.

I haven't been in the northeast for a spring in 10 years.

And I was in California talking trash about how I love seasons and how I need seasons. And now I'm getting the seasons and

I'm not so tough anymore. Huh? I'm all tough over there on the sunny shine. Oh, give me winter.

Give me spring. I like the feeling of seasons. And now tough guys back in the seasons. And I did

actually pretty good with winter, but the spring is kind of

killing me. So it's all gray. And I really feel the pressure here to make a 50 shades of gray reference,

but I'm not going to. I'm actually going to reference the more intense sexual novel called 100

shades of gray because that's how many shades of gray are here.

I didn't want to say that.

Lots of shades of gray.

And I found I'm a fan of gray as long as it's a physical object.

But if it's the sky, for more than three days in a row, I can't take it.
