They're evangelists

They're evangelical about their cause and their mission and what they do for people the great business leaders

Build an evangelical type following remember this how many of you can recruit people in your business or allow to do that raise your hand

Okay, you got to sell a big enough dream that the dreams of everybody you recruit can fit inside the one you're selling

You got to get into the dream selling vision stretching business. You got to get evangelical

You don't want an evangelist is right like a church leader people ask me all the time is that business a cult that you're running I wish

Cult are awesome you want to build a cult like following ask starbucks these people to line up and buy this crap like it's a cult over and over again

Apple is a cult you want to build a cult you want to build a big old team of a cult

You bet your butt you do and the way you do that is being evangelical when people get around you
