0:25.2	Well, to start the New Year off right, we are going to be taking a look into the housing market
0:32.0	and the economy to talk about what's actually going on and perhaps
0:36.4	debunk some of the myths that are pervasive in the media right now about the housing market.
0:43.0	As an example, there's a new survey out from Fannie Mae
0:45.9	that found out that only 14% of Americans,
0:50.6	just 14% think that now is a good time to buy real estate.
0:54.6	So it's basically the four of us on the show and no one else.
0:57.6	But if you actually look into some of the data,
1:00.5	you could see that perhaps it is a good time to buy real estate and
1:04.1	we're going to provide some investor perspectives and some data about what is
1:08.2	actually going on. We're going to look into a couple surveys that we dug up that
1:12.4	look at consumer confidence,
1:14.1	investor sentiment.
1:15.4	And our goal here today is to inform and basically arm you with the tools you need to make deals
