Well that's Pop and everybody hello and welcome to popcorn culture. My name is Ben Carlin and I am your host here with me today is my brother Jay, who will be in every episode.

That's me Ben, I'm here I'm co-hosting with Jan, I'm not gonna lie I'm just real I'm so tired.

Yeah. Okay so Jay you are you are coming off of a weekend is this your first solo weekend dad status with all three boys?

I don't know if it's it's the first time it might be it might be with all three boys and I dare say it wasn't just

the the typical weekend you know what you might think of a Saturday Sunday plus Friday afternoon sure sure it was it was took

took the day off of work on Friday took the following Monday off of work so really really good solid four days in a row there four days

so low to you the twins got sick oh my gosh dude it was it was like the most eat this could a bit this whole weekend could have been a movie I felt like I was just so predictable like even going

into it I'm like okay okay like I remember once upon a time when we were kids mom and dad went to go run a marathon I believe it was the rock and roll marathon in San Diego

California okay okay and in order to do this they had to be out of the house for like three or four days while they were across the country and so our

grandparents came all the way down from New York just the babysit us for like you know four or five days in a row right thank the oh my

good so so nice of them to do that we all promptly got sick like all three of us I want to say like horrifically I wrote yeah yeah I remember this might

be the first time in my life that I remember being as sick as I was like I remember like waking up and like being unable to keep my eyes open

I like came downstairs and I was like it's like the funny thing about I thought about this so much to is like when I was a kid I didn't really like

realize that I was sick you know so it was like I was like you know like my my head is hurting but like I never would have

attributed that to the understanding that I was in fact like ill it would just be like things are not as fast today you know and it
