I'm great news for you today. I am on my third day of getting no sleep and I know from my talk radio years that when I am extremely tired, those are the best shows.

My radio listeners used to actually really look forward to it when I had been traveling or on the days when I went to New York and got there in time for my show.

So I would fly out from Austin and I would be on the air in Midtown Manhattan at the Series XM Studios by 2pm.

Those were the best shows because when I am very tired, I seem drunk.

So I should tell you, I am not intoxicated yet. Now the day is not over yet.

However, I am not currently intoxicated. I just haven't slept in a few days. We are pre-taping this because as you watch this or listen to this, I will be driving across beautiful upstate New York.

I am doing three back-to-back standup comedy shows, Syracuse, then I drive to Albany, and then I drive to Hartford, Connecticut.

Three days in a row, I am not traveling with an assistant because I'm insane. So that is why we are pre-taping this.

So if there's any major news, like Jen didn't mention the massive earthquake in her favorite city of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, it's pre-taping.

So the reason I am tired before this is the big body image episode, I'm going to tell you everything I know about how I overcame.

It's a really all of my body image issues. Some people have said they would love that topic. So here we go. I will do it.

And my state of tiredness is perfect for this. The reason I am tired though is because I just launched Get Unstuck Club.

It is a week long thing we are doing where we are getting together. You will choose something that would really spark joy for you if you accomplished by the end of a week.

Like it would just be like, wow, I feel so good. Wow, I can't believe I did that. That is that's so cool. Wow.

Something that would be challenging, but it's doable. And then I'm going to do daily videos encouraging you guys and lives.

And I have options where there's an option where I will personally review some projects you've done or your work.

And I'll do a video that you can keep where I give you advice if you want it, but mainly just encourage you.

And I'm really excited about that. Just making videos like, wow, okay, I just looked up your Etsy shop and wow, this is really good. Like holy cow.

And I'll put that on video. And then you can keep that if you want. You can put it on social media. It's your video. You can do whatever you want with it.
