Moving out on his own at a young age forced him to create opportunities for himself to survive. When his career in music didn’t work out, Coby would move out of St. Louis and get a 9-5. That Job would be the catalyst for what would become his first trucking company. Coby understood the power of networking and created some relationships along the way that would put him in position to get his own truck and have his former employer be his first customer. The first 2 1/2 years were a struggle that almost put Coby out of business, but he was able to sustain make some swift changes. Coby would cap off last year with 3.5 million dollar run with Amazon Relay. Coby is a proponent of CEO mindset, always finding ways to run his businesses on auto pilot. On this episode he discussed some tactics and the number on changes he had to make in order to survive the trucking business.
