But the other half of the success of surfing is seeing the waves that are coming in and judging

the right one. And you can't make a good wave come. And some days there won't be any good

waves at all. And when I observe successful people, it is a combination of learning a technique.

They do have a skill. But also so much of it is down to luck or knowing the right moment to move.

You as a parent are the ongoing movie in their life. That is the biggest template. You are the big

heroes in their life. So, you know, and if you bear that in mind, like kind of you can just

sort of act up to it a bit in a really good way, you can go, yeah, I'm going to do it. Because I'm being watched. Why not? Write a list is probably the most useful thing.

Like, have a to-do list every day.

And obviously, you put in it the things that you need to do for your job or running your

house or kind of like, you know, the day-to-day things so that you feel like you're

progressing and being organised and you're putting on that to do this joyful things and things that are for you.
