You know, it's been a couple of years. Quite a lot has changed over the last couple of years.

The real estate market is pretty much, it's done a 180, you know, from what it was probably the last time we

chatted. And so excited to get caught up with you and just talk shop. You'll figure out what you got going on and what's new in your world. But, you know, with that Hunter, I'd say, you know, let's start this off with for those that aren't familiar with you that

don't know who Hunter Thompson is, tell us a little more about yourself, your background, and how
