Today's birth story guest is Amy, and she had a hospital birth. It was a birth center within a hospital, so she shares that experience. All right, let's hear from Amy.

Hi, Amy. Welcome to the birth hour. Thank you for being here today. Hi, thank you for having me. I'm so excited.

Awesome. Well, before we get to your birth story, can you tell us there's a little bit about you and your family?

Yeah, so I'm Amy. I'm 30, almost 31 years old. I live in Dayton, Ohio with my husband, Daniel, and we have a 10-month-old baby girl named Laura, and my husband does

cardiothoracic surgery at the hospital. He's a PA, and I'm a stay-at-home mom slash

crafter by night. We have an Etsy shop, and we do like paper crafts and stuff. So right now,

we're just living the dream. Very cool.

Yeah, so I am the oldest of eight kids.
